Norway’s Dog of the Year 2013

BIS at Oslo

Ch.Jet’s Just Take Me Home Tonight, Harriet, won Best In Show at Oslo International this past week-end to win Norway’s Dog of the Year competiton for 2013. There were more than 6000 dogs in the catalogue! Hooooray for Harriet! (photo above taken by Pauline Oliver)

This is the third time a Jet greyhound wins Dog of the Year in Norway. In 2001 Harriet’s double great grandmother Int.Ch. Jet’s Once Upon A Dream was Dog of the Year and in 2003 Int.Ch. Jet’s Something in the Way U Smile was top dog.

Harriet’s litter brother Ch.Jet’s Give And Take won BOS to become Norwegian Winner 2013 as did Harriet. Congratulations to owner Britt Mauer.

On the same day another brother, Ch. Jet’s Take No Prisoners, won his qualifying CACIB for his International champion title. Many congratulations to owner Seija Heinonen, Finland.
